The hotel had fantastic room amenities and a spacious bathroom, but the noise level was unacceptable for me. The service was exceptional, with efficient staff like Alex and Joan always ready to assist. The location was fab, just steps away from the tram and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The dining experience was excellent, offering a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, but it came at a slightly higher price. The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.
